Caramel Apple Dip
Ingredients
- 2-8oz boxes cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 container caramel dip (ie. Marzetti, 13.5 oz)
- 2 Heath Bars (crushed) OR 8 oz. bag of Heath English Toffee Bits

Instructions
- Cream together cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Spoon into pie plate or similar sized dish. Refrigerate for a while to make smoothing the caramel dip (layer 2) easier.
- Microwave caramel dip for about 30 seconds; pour and smooth over cream cheese layer.
- Spread crushed Heath bars (or 3/4 bag of candy bits) over caramel layer.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve with sliced apples.
