Mexican Casserole

Yield: 10-12 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 med. onion chopped
  • 1 can mild Rotel
  • 1 can ranch style beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 med. size pkg. Doritos, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onions, drain.
  2. Mix all canned ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Add beef, onions and crumbled Doritos to mixture.
  4. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
