Mexican Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 med. onion chopped
- 1 can mild Rotel
- 1 can ranch style beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 med. size pkg. Doritos, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef and onions, drain.
- Mix all canned ingredients in large bowl.
- Add beef, onions and crumbled Doritos to mixture.
- Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
