Scrambled Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • ½ pound bulk pork sausage
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper & garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown the sausage and drain.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, &
  4. garlic powder.
  5. Stir in cheese & sausage.
  6. Spoon by 1/3 cup into greased muffin cups.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
