Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend well.
- Sift next 4 ingredients together.
- Gradually add to cream mixture.
- Shape into balls and roll into mixture of ¼ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes.
