Spiced Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground allspice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until the berries pop and mixture is thickened, about 30 minutes.
- Cool. Transfer to a serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
